The license

Heartwood is sold by RALL DIGITAL LLC as a one-time purchase. One license covers one person on up to 5 Macs. You may move activations between Macs by deactivating one from its Heartwood menu. Don't share, resell, or redistribute your key or the app.

The trial

Every install gets a free 14-day trial with every feature enabled. When it ends the app pauses until a license key goes in; your servers, credentials, and settings are kept and come back exactly as they were.

Refunds

Email eric@rall.digital within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. A refund deactivates the license key.

The honest fine print

Heartwood reports on your backups; it is not itself a backup and is no substitute for verifying that you can restore. The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and RALL DIGITAL LLC's total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction itself.
